Woodhaven Second Chance Rehoming, a charity in South Milford, held a contest to rebrand their logo with no strict guidelines. I aimed to capture the essence of rescue and renewal by shaping a dog into a heart, symbolising love, care, and the warmth of a second chance. The earthy homely colour palette enhances this welcoming feel, evoking comfort and security. For the typography, I chose bold lettering for "Woodhaven" to establish presence and paired it with a softer, subtly contrasting subtitle to create balance and harmony in the design.

Building on this rebrand, I designed business cards with a clean white background to keep the focus on the logo and the charity’s message. The logo is prominently displayed, paired with Woodhaven’s catchphrase to convey their mission of love and second chances. Below, the contact details are laid out clearly for easy access, maintaining a simple and professional design. The use of ample white space ensures the card feels open and approachable, perfectly aligning with the charity's warm and welcoming ethos.
